Hello and welcome to Help/Resist.

This website was created as a free (and growing!) collection of resources to provide information and support for those of us who are feeling anxious, scared, and disoriented in the current political climate. The idea came out of a conversation among three friends who were each familiar with being "othered" and who were looking for meaningful ways to support people in this moment.

Launched today -- on February 2, 2025 (less than two weeks after the inauguration of Trump 47) -- the Help/Resist site has a very humble beginning, but we want to grow! We know there are a LOT of good resources out there, and we want to include as many of them here as possible. If you know of resources that should be included on this site, please contact us.

While this site is not perfect -- nor do we expect it to be -- we wanted to build it as soon as possible. We knew that it was more important to launch it quickly than perfectly. And it can (and will) be updated regularly.

We invite you to share your thoughts and ideas for how we can improve and grow. And we thank you for standing with us -- and each other -- in solidarity!
